Personal training is for anyone with a desire to feel fitter and enjoy a healthier lifestyle. It is specific, motivational and effective and uses carefully designed programmes to ensure that individual fitness goals are attained.

Training is often divided into cardiovascular (aerobic) and weights exercises to ensure a complete work-out. Each participant must undergo a pre-training assessment. This will evaluate your current state of health, fitness and regularity of exercise.
